📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Note: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
If the return is not approved, we will contact you with further options.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different color or size? Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
