soft stable wedge, love the extra headrest

This is nice to use when falling asleep. I sleep crazy so when I wake up I��m normally not on it in the morning. It does help keep my acid reflux at bay. It��s a decent angle and the cover is soft.

Soft and works!

My bf has neck and upper back problems when sleeping. He will toss and turn, using one pillow, getting another pillow, or trying to roll up another pillow for his neck. He has used this for a few days and loves it!!

It can be used when sitting up to watch tv. But the most important thing is when he sleeps. The neck roll is perfect and can be moved up or down, depending on how you will lay. He has woken up each morning hesitantly at first, then it was a like a wow, his shoulder or neck doesn��t hurt!!

I��m unsure about the pocket placements. It��s very doubtful they will be used.

Overall; great product! This is like the 3rd one we have tried. Definately so much better than the pillows for lumbar support!
